Questions
Do I need a new website to use your automation?+
No. If your site already works, see the Managed Agent and Managed Team options below.
What counts as one workflow?+
One end-to-end business process, for example inquiry to booking request to your handoff. Not every individual AI prompt.
Is there unlimited usage?+
No. A usage allowance is agreed in your scope. There are no automatic overages, and any extra spend needs your approval first.
How fast is delivery?+
Timelines are set in your scope based on size. We don't promise arbitrary delivery dates.
Will the AI talk to my customers on its own?+
Only within the agreed workflow and rules. It never approves prices you haven't approved, signs contracts or takes payments you haven't sanctioned, and it hands off to you or your team whenever a person is needed. It supports your staff rather than silently replacing them.
Do you guarantee more leads or revenue?+
No. We build a credible site and dependable workflows, and report what they do each month, but results depend on your market and business, so we don't promise specific revenue or outcomes.
Are the prices final?+
They are starting points. Your final price comes from the scoped quote you approve.
